On Twitter, Google’s Matt Cutts told a website owner that his website was affected by a “very mild case of Penguin:”
@chipnicodemus I’d recommend continuing to clean backlinks though. You still have a very mild case of Penguin.— Matt Cutts (@mattcutts) April 8, 2014
Does this mean that Google’s Penguin algorithm has different levels? Do not all websites that are impacted by Google’s Penguin update get the same penalty? It’s hard to tell.
