On Twitter, Google’s Danny Sullivan said that Google’s search results are completely independent of Google Ads:
Search is completely separate from ads. We don't use any ads signals in determining the relevance of our search results.

He also said said Google Analytics has no influence:
Google Analytics is also separate from Google Search. We don't make use of that. It wouldn't make any sense, since not all sites use it. It's not representative. And we just don't use any ads signals for search.
